By popular demand, I've designed my take on the classic Portuguese knitting pin.
An open smooth hook with some shiny, sparkly pretties on the front and a little latch to hook over the sharp end of the pin to keep it secured to your person wherever you decide you like to wear it. As much jewelry as it is a tool to help your knitting (or crocheting) take the strain off your wrists and fingers.
